Delivery Terms & Conditions

We ship to the majority of UK mainland addresses.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm. We do not offer Saturday deliveries.
We ship within the UK mainland only.
Your order is usually processed within 24hrs of being placed, but please allow up to 48hrs due to volume.
Our standard shipping is 48hr by courier or Royal Mail. Large Parcels will be by Courier only. Once with the courier/ delivery company we cannot be help responsible for late delivery.
Pallet Deliveries may take between 5-7 days to arrive from the point of dispatch. we do not offer next day pallet delivery at this time.
Pallet Deliveries are "doorstep" only. Drivers are usually unable to assist with bringing the delivery into you property or traversing obstacles.
Orders are dispatch strictly in the order that they are submitted to us.

Damaged Deliveries:
Deliveries must be marked as damaged upon receipt. under no circumstances will we accept a claim for loss or damage if the goods are marked as 'unchecked', 'unexamined' or not marked as 'damaged'.
If the outer packaging appears to be intact and unharmed but goods inside are damaged, then photographic evidence of the packaging prior to opening must be provided along with you notifying us via phone (leave a message if not answered) within 24hrs of delivery. You will need to provide the delivery address and order number at this point.
In the event of damaged parts, we reserve the right to replace parts to rectify the situation.
If your delivery has not arrived, please notify us as soon as possible and we will do our best to remedy this.

Returns & Refunds: 
We offer a 14day returns period from the point that you receive your delivery. Goods must be returned in their original condition within 14days of delivery, new and unused and still in their original packaging for a full refund. Returns received after 14days (if accepted) will incur a restocking fee and administration charge.
A refund for the full cost of delivery will only be made on faulty items.
If you choose to return the item we will not refund the cost of your original delivery or the return cost.
You the customer are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless we delivered incorrect items or the item is faulty or damaged. Additionally, items need to be returned in their original packaging or in suitable packaging to prevent damage in transit. We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service. in some situations we can arrange for collection from your address but this cost will be passed to you. contact us for more info on this if necessary.
Before returning an item, you must seek authorisation from us to do so. Any items received without this authorisation may not be processed.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
